Apple Pie Made With Metz's Apple Pie Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 400

Filling for Pie!

6-8 Apples

3/4 Cup Sugar

3 TBSP all purpose Flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Cups Metz’s Apple Pie Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

Peel apples and slice thinly, mix apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla. On the bottom crust put about 1/2 cup shredded Apple Pie Cheese, spread out over crust. Fill with 1/2 of the apple mixture, then another 1/2 cup shredded Apple Pie Cheese, then add rest of apple mixture. Put rest of Metz’s Apple Pie shredded cheese on top of the apples and add top crust and make a few slits. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top.

Bake 40-45 minutes (If crust get too brown put tin foil around the edges of your pie)

I like to put a powdered sugar glaze on top of the pie when it has cooled!!
